Nike Method Putter Review

Nike Delivers it Hot and Fresh
Nike continues to elevate its game on the links, and nowhere is the progress more evident than in the putters they are cooking up at the R&D facility known as “The Oven”.
The Nike Method Putter is young, but has captured a pair of Major championships, along with other Tour wins. This line features 3 blades and two mallet styles, but its major boast is the inventive poly-metal face insert. A ball at rest on the green lies in a small depression. Putters are lofted to lift it out. Metal-faced putters tend to impart backspin, which can bounce a ball offline. All polymer inserts give desirable top spin, but sometimes lack crisp feel. Nike has developed a face that gives every putt the best of both. The effect is a ball that comes off the club with excellent pace and one that stays on the line you give it.
Easy to read alignment lines and a matte, no-glare finish simplify set up over the putt. Weighting pushed to the perimeter gives the putter good balance that resists torque at impact. This gives more “sweet” to the impact range, for better struck putts. Tour pro’s are enjoying Nike Method-madness. Paul Casey has won with it, and has raised his greens work over 40 spots on the putting stats sheet. Better putting, increased confidence, and the hardware to prove it. The Nike Method is designed for the beginner and pro alike. What could a new Method of putting do for your game? Expect to spend right about $250 to find out.
